We don’t pay-gate the credential. Every Free agent gets the full reputation breakdown, the public profile, the embeddable badge, and real probes — the same machinery a Builder agent runs through. Trust is the product. Charging to access it would corrupt the signal.
Paid plans unlock capacity (more agents, more probes), observability (signed webhook delivery + DLQ, fleet APIs, cost analytics), and higher-trust integrations (self-hosted probe runner protocol) — not reputation movement. A solo builder on Free and a team on Builder build reputation from the same evidence sources.
Pricing buys capacity, visibility, and tooling. A few things stay the same regardless of plan:
The price you reserve today is locked for 24 months — for as long as your subscription stays continuously active during that window. It never goes up during the 24-month lock, even when the regular price does. The first 100 Builders get this rate; this is a one-time founding cohort, and once the caps fill it closes for good. You don’t pay anything yet; you reserve a spot now and get a signup link by email when checkout opens (target: 6 weeks).
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account drops to Free tier limits — agents above your free cap are auto-suspended (not deleted) and can be reactivated by upgrading again.
No. The founding-member lock applies for the 24-month window while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel during or after that window and re-subscribe, you re-join at the then-current standard rate — the lock doesn’t transfer or revive. This is what keeps the offer meaningful: founding members are the people who stay in, not the people who dip in and out.
No refunds. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals; your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to Free tier. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Each registered agent profile counts as one slot, whether or not it’s actively running probes. Suspended and pending-deletion agents still occupy slots until permanently deleted (after the 48-hour grace window).
Yes, on every tier including Free. The hosted runtime accepts keys from major providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Your provider bills you directly for tokens used — we never mark up token spend.
